When I was pregnant with my eldest son I changed my lifestyle. I became more health conscious and enviromentaly friendly. Gave up fried and fast foods and took up whole grains. Started eating less sugars but still cant give up dark chocolate! I started cloth diapering with my baby. Its better for him, our pocket and the earth.
